Dancers Take Center Stage

We're celebrating our 35th year at Center Stage Dance Studio!

Located at 4837 Union Road in Cheektowaga, NY, we offer a wide range of dance classes, accommodating levels and ages pre-school thru adult.
Owner, Annette Lannello/Osinski and her staff teach classes in Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Modern, Hip-Hop, Mommy, Acro, and Zumba Fitness!! "We try to group students both by age level, experience and talent". Dance classes are not just for kids. Adult performing and non-performing classes are also available.

A professional dancer herself for many years, Ms. Osinski has been all over the country performing and teaching. She has been teaching almost as long as she has been dancing. She was an assistant teacher when she was 11, and was teaching on her own when she was 17. Ms. Osinski says "Owning my own studio has been a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. Many of our students have gone on to become professional dancers all over the country. I also have been blessed with a multitude of students that have been dedicated from early childhood to adulthood. I now have many of their children attending the school. Some of them are a part of our teaching staff, which is a major reason for the success and family atmosphere of my school. They have abounding creativity and talent. All of them possess the Center Stage style with a special flavor of their own. This creates a very diverse and unique end of the year recital.

It is most rewarding when we, at Center Stage, help a student who does not possess natural talent, as apposed to a student who has a natural ability. To see that student become an accomplished dancer is an amazing feeling. What makes this dance school different? Self-esteem and positive reinforcement are stressed rather than competitive motivation. Each individual is encouraged to reach their highest potential without comparisons to other students. Much personal attention is given in each class by highly trained staff and numerous assistants. Ms. Osinski, her teachers, and instructors study the latest dance techniques and regularly attend local and national dance seminars.

Children are encouraged to support and assist each other, focus on building their dance technique, and then develop a healthy competitive attitude.
The Student that decides to join the competition teams has had a rich, rewarding and successful experience both locally and nationally.

The Center Stage end of the year recital is held at UB Center for the Arts. In addition, our students perform at many events including charity events such as; Aspire, Darien Lake, The Morlock Foundation, Old Home Days, Miss Canal Fest and Miss Buffalo Pageant to name a few. We at Center Stage try to give them many opportunities to perform to make them learn how to be comfortable on stage and to bring out the exciting performer that lives inside of them.

Come help us celebrate 35 years of outstanding dancing, performing and fun! We can’t wait to see you there at our Open House/Registration.
